Dedicated and accomplished 6th-degree black belt taekwondo master with over 27 years of experience in martial arts training, coaching, and competitions.

 

TyVes Taekwondo, a high-performance club, is dedicated to coaching and empowering students—ranging in age from 5 to 65—with a strong focus on self-defence, poomsae (self-defence patterns) and accurate kicking.

 

Specialized in training and empowering female students in martial arts and self-defence.

 

Developed customized training programs that emphasize strength, agility, confidence, and discipline for athletes in a wide variety of sports from  hockey to volleyball.
